Shop with confidence! We offer a no quibble 30 Day full money back returns policy, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason.

You must contact us prior to returning any items, otherwise your return will be rejected.

We will refund the purchase price of the product(s) excluding any additional postage costs, providing you return the item(s) and packaging in the same condition as dispatched. If the item(s) are not as described or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can arrange a replacement or refund, quickly and efficiently.
You are responsible for the return postage cost which is non-refundable.

Please ensure all items are returned in re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and protective bags, however small as originally supplied by us. Any items that are returned used, not in the original packaging and unsuitable for re-sale will be refused a refund/exchange.

Once we have received the goods back, the refund will be issued as quickly as possible, usually within 2 working days, through the original means of payment i.e. PayPal, Credit/Debit card.

You must include your full name, postal address and email address with your return to ensure timely processing. Please also include a copy of the original documentation and a description of the fault, or reason for return with the item(s).
